The desulfurization pump is the core equipment of the wet flue gas desulfurization (WFGD) system. It is specially used to transport highly corrosive and abrasive desulfurization slurries (such as limestone/gypsum slurries), which are resistant to strongly acidic media with a pH of 1~5 and abrasive fluids with a solid content of ≤30%.
Desulfurization pump is a kind of pump that can adapt to a variety of different working conditions, such as conveying acid, alkaline clear liquid or slurry; various corrosive mineral slurry in smelting industry; various dilute acids in sulfuric acid industry; various types of sewage in environmental protection industry, etc.The pump is both corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant, and has a wide range of uses.Has the following characteristics:
(1) Strong wear resistance: All overcurrent parts are made of steel-lined ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE). The wear resistance of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE) ranks first among plastics, 4 times higher than nylon 66 (PA66) and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), and 7-10 times the wear resistance of carbon steel and stainless steel.
(2) Strong impact resistance: The impact strength of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene ranks first among general engineering plastics, which is 5 times that of (acrylonitrile/butadiene/styrene) copolymer (ABS), and can remain stable at minus 196℃, which is a characteristic that no other plastic has.
(3) Excellent corrosion resistance: The pump can withstand various corrosive media (acids, alkalis, salts) and organic solvents within a certain temperature and concentration range, and it is immersed in 80 kinds of organic solvents at 20℃ and 90℃ for 30d.There is no abnormality in appearance, and there is almost no change in other physical properties.
(4) No noise: The impact energy absorption of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene is the highest value in plastics, and the silencer is good, which minimizes the noise generated by the liquid flow during the conveying process.
(5) Safe and reliable, non-toxic decomposition: The ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE) used in this pump has extremely stable chemical properties, so it is also suitable for use in the food industry.
(6) Low coefficient of friction: the internal friction system of the pump is only 0.07-0.11, so it is self-lubricating.Under water lubrication conditions, its coefficient of dynamic friction is half lower than that of PA66 and polyoxymethylene (POM).When working in the form of sliding or rotating, the lubricity is better than that of steel and brass after adding lubricating oil.
(7) Good anti-viscosity: ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE) has excellent anti-viscosity and has the same anti-adhesion ability as PTFE, so it also performs well when conveying some high-viscosity media.
Main performance
(1) Corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant, one pump is multi-purpose, and acid-base clear liquid slurry is suitable.
(2) The pump body is a steel-lined ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene structure with a lining thickness of 8~20mm. The pump uses patented plastic-lined technology. Compared with other similar pumps, it has the advantages of good thermal deformation resistance, cracking resistance, anti-shedding, and high operating temperature of the lining layer.
(3) There are two types of impeller, separate type and closed type, which can be selected according to the condition of the medium.
(4) Sealing: K-type power seal, K1-type power seal, T-type packing seal, T1-type packing seal, C3-type non-standard seal.
(5) Applicable media: sulfuric acid with a concentration of less than 80%, nitric acid with a concentration of less than 50%, hydrochloric acid with various concentrations, liquid alkali, suitable for both clear liquid and slurry.
4. Main technical parameters: the use temperature is -20℃~90℃ (using modified materials, it can be increased to more than 100℃), the inlet diameter is 32mm~350mm, the flow rate is 5~2600m3/h, and the head is within 80m.
